Return policy

(The Return policy is not applicable to Handsfree Handwash System)

What is your return policy? 

In case you are not satisfied with the product that has been delivered then you can raise a return request within 7 days after the product has been delivered to you. 

After raising the return request you will get a confirmation from our end that your return request has been accepted. 

Once your return request is accepted, you have to ship the product to us so that we can initiate the refund.

Full refund will be processed from our end once we receive the product back from you in the original packing condition with the accessories which were included in the product along with the original invoice.

No return request will be accepted after a period of 7 days from the actual delivery date of the order.

The products can only be returned if the return reason lies within the below conditions 

The product reaches in a damaged condition or tampered condition.

  • The delivery of the product is delayed.
  • The product is not as per the specifications provided on the website.
  • The product has some missing parts or accessories.

     

    We may not be able to process your return request if the return request is placed under the below mentioned circumstances If the product has been ordered wrongly.

    • If you do not have original invoice, packing and accessories which came along with the product.
    • Any damage which is caused due to product use at your end.
    • If a different item is returned to us.

     

    Time taken for processing refunds

    It may take up to 15 days for processing the refund once the product reaches us. We may use any suitable method for processing the refund of the amount to you based on mutual understanding.

    For COD orders we may provide you with store credit which will be valid up to a period of six months from the date of credit into your account or we may issue a coupon that can be used for your future purchase whose validity is also for a period of six month from the date of issue.

     

    Defective and broken items

    Please let us know in case you receive a defective or damaged product within a period of 3 days from the delivery day so that we can look into the matter. 

    We request you to kindly share the pictures of the product, shipping label and original invoice while raising your return request.
